Hear me, Nobody and no one can ever make you feel confident and motivated unless you try to feel yourself. Honestly, it is not an easy to-do task but once you figure out some way into it, this will entirely change your life. Confidence is not about showing people how sorted and dedicated you are, or motivated you are, it is about the way you trust yourself. Have you ever heard someone saying, “I feel confident about this job” or “His confidence was worth the risk he took” ? This confidence is not about your impression on other people or what they think about you, or maybe feel about you. This is about the way you feel about yourself, how much do you have faith in you, trust in you, and how self-motivated are you.
This article is going to make your life so much better. Trust me on this. I only tell you the tried and tested facts, and on nobody else than me. My journey in life, till now has taught me so many different unfolds of happiness. Making your life happy and in your control, depends on hardly few behavior and the way we look at it. These are not-so complex, yet not easy to take control of. Motivation, Confidence, Trust, Attitude, Positivity, and so on. These are such uncomplicated things to add into your life, but trust me it takes years to build them and efforts to keep them alive.

Number 1. Talking about the answer to the very first question. Let me tell you, if you have your answer as “I don’t think I can do much in life”, or “I don’t feel If it is in my destiny or not”, and maybe “ I feel I am going to loose this thing soon”. Your doubts are valid. It is okay to think about certain important things and people in our life, but rather than being scared or stressed or overthinking on it, try to feel positive about it and be happy to have it today. Express your love and gratitude to things and give your time into relationships and family. This is the first step to reach the top of the stairs and feel confident and positive, on things you cannot control or change, but thankful to have.
If your answer to the second question is “YES”, you probably think of this as an answer because of bad experiences and unfaithful promises. You have imagined your life to be different and dissimilar responses, reactions and outcome of the same situations, you’ve have had bad memories with, or you’re not happy with. That’s okay. Your experiences transforms into fear and could affect positivity of your life. You can never forget about bummers you dealt with and also, nobody else could ever make you feel good about it, but look at the other side of the book. Your future life depends on decisions you make today, the choices you are going to make, the fears you are gonna fight with and the faith you have in yourself.
Change the pattern of your life. Try practicing meditation, or fun activities that makes you feel good about yourself. Build a healthy morale, start believing in yourself and self-love is the most important thing to practice.
Number 3. Nobody in this world can destroy your life, except you. Yes, If you over give control of your life to someone, even if you are in an intense relationship or love someone deeply, you may feel manipulated at times. It is good to keep control of your life in your hands, rather than depending on someone else for your happiness. Start appreciating things you have and start loving them, you won’t ever feel drained or dependent on someone for your needs, feeling or anything in this world. You are capable of doing everything alone in this world.
Last but not the least, Feeling less amongst your friends or in a gathering is something each one of us has dealt with at some point or other. But some people thought and took efforts to change their situation and some went on with the same situations and feelings. Try to be in the first category. And it’s not that difficult. Try these tips.
Every time you’re out in a group and feel left out, try noticing things which are keeping you away from the conversation, the skills that makes you feel less about yourself and also, notice the mindset of the other people in the group, or in the conversation.
Self-evaluate yourself. Write down your strengths on a piece of paper and try writing some skills that could have been life-changing if you had.
Learn all these new skills, mindset, lifestyle changes, everything that makes you feel insecure about yourself, and here you go. So simple.
You’re never going to degrade the faith, trust and love you have for yourself in your life. Confidence is a long-term skill, remember to practice it daily. It can enhance and upgrade the quality of your life from personal development to success and self-respect. You can have it all. Believe in yourself. Because if you don’t, nobody else will.
