Gym Freaks must be thinking what the hell am I talking. Well, it’s true. Research has proved that simple lifestyle changes can help you loose weight. Of course the diet and exercise helps to a great extent, but there is no compulsion or obligation to follow them. The thing I am now gonna share with you, will blow up your mind. I am not going to share all of those lifestyle changes in this piece, but will definitely share it later.

Benefits of Drinking a sufficient amount of water

  1. First and the most important is, a glass of water contributes in clearing off your dehydration level and keep your body healthy and hydrated.
  2. It helps in the digestion, preventing constipation and normalizing the blood pressure level.
  3. Water protect your internal organs and carries nutrients and oxygen to your cells.
  4. It flushes the bacteria and toxins from your body.

There are so many. But these are the best reasons why you should start drinking water because each one of this, contributes for a better health and benefit in weight loss.

Drinking sufficient water can change your health and body to wonders

I know most of you reading this will think it’s no big deal but will end up not even drinking the necessary amount. Let me help at this point and ease the routine by telling when, and how much water should be drunk.

When is the right time to drink water?

Remember to drink a glass of water every morning as soon as you get up. This will help activate your internal organs, hydrate them and give you a refreshing start for the day. You need to drink at-least 6 glasses of water everyday and if you wish to loose weight and improve health, try drinking it more. Here it is.

2. 30 minutes before and after a meal: This will aid in soothing your digestion.

3. Before and After working out. ( You can maybe take a walk if you don’t exercise regularly): Helps in loosing weight and prevent dehydration.
