How to deal in a stressful situation?
There’s always a timer on your life. Every minute we spend has to have a meaning. People come across numerous time-frames and situations. Some time, you may feel productive, the other day less-efficient. We also face a lot of stressful situations which drains away our energy, weakens our immune system causing high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even heart diseases.

Stressful times cannot be avoided if you want to be successful and wish to grow. It must be dealt properly, with taking care of yourself. Avoiding tough times will disturb your growth and affect your productivity. Proper management of burdensome times and maintain your physical and mental health is very crucial.
Here are some cons of stressful times, which will help you know better about impact of difficult times on your health and body, and also, to determine techniques to deal with them. I’ve listed just some major drawbacks. Listing everything could waste your time and energy, and is of no use.
Over-stress can suppress your immune system, upset digestion and reproductive systems, increasing the risk of heart attacks and strokes, and also, speeding up the aging process.
Stress can even rewire the brain, leaving one more vulnerable to anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems.
Extreme stressful situations disturbs your mental health by decreasing concentration levels and memory power. It leads to racing thoughts with decreased clarity in everything.
It makes one feel angry, irritated and annoyed all the time, disturbing their social, personal and work life. Also, it can make one feel demotivated, unproductive and restless.

Now How to Handle such times?
Stress, anxiety and depression is no good for anyone. We all have know that time is money. and money wasted on useless things can be misspend. So, what do we do? We must find ways and techniques to deal with the situation and get the best out of difficult situations.
Here I’ve discussed a 3-step process to deal with it.
Number 1.
Decide what you can do and understand the situation properly.
Initially, nobody can help you as much as you can help yourself. Whenever you feel stuck in a bad situation, take a moment and re-think the entire situation carefully. Examine the aspects and parts of the circumstances which are worth giving the energy to, and ignore unnecessary burden.
Examination of the problem will help you understand the situation better, making you avoid useless aspects and a clarity about your strengths, weaknesses and also, will help you to lessen your burden by concentrating on crucial parts.
Number 2.
Get support and seek help.
After examining the situation carefully, we must emphasize on solving it. It could require anything. If we are capable enough to deal with it individually, we must. But if we need support and help, we must talk to people and discuss the problem.
One major problem with us is we tend to avoid discussing our problems and tensions with people, friends and family for the fear of being judged. This further disturbs are mental health. And if nobody knows about us, how would they even help?
Try discussing and seeking help. Nevertheless, the goal is to solve the problem and get out of the situation.
Number 3.
Take Care for yourself.
Doesn’t matter what happens in life, the only thing that is the most important is you. If something happens to you, other things won’t even matter. Our life is a gift, and situations are just a part of it. These difficulties won’t even matter if our life comes to an end.
So rather than stressing so much on situation, the first and foremost priority of everyone should be taking care of yourself. Because without that, other things are of no use.

Your life is precious. No situation must be so powerful to impact your peace and health. Give your energy to important things in life and avoid unnecessary conflicts in regular life. You will definitely feel happier, stronger and peaceful from inside out.
