One-minute decision to make your health a priority.

Thinking about loosing weight or getting into a shape? Hitting the gym has always been a dream? Do you also have cupboard piled up with dresses that doesn’t fit you anymore? and you have just kept them with the thought “ki jab dobara patli ho jaungi tab pehnungi” ? Well, then you are at the right place and guess what? at the right time too. Because if not today, no other day can change your life.

You might have read hundreds of articles and heard a lot of home remedies or solutions to maintain a fit body and good health, but it doesn’t makes any sense until you implement those things.

Imagine you have a lot of money and luxurious life with all the great comfort and special people you ever wanted to be with you. How does it feels to you? Perfect right? But just for once, assume you have put on entire life struggling and hustling for all these appreciable things you have , but never took care of yourself, like most of the Indian moms do? Never thought about getting enough sleep? Avoided your meals working day-and-night, to get astonishing life for you and your loved ones? No doubt, you worked hard and we are all proud of you. But you missed something here. Your health. Your body’s health. Your mental peace. Some people might say at this point that working makes their mind stay calm and at peace. Great.

But we are all human beings. We need fun, we need rest. We need comfort. Now, I am not against the fact of being successful and working hard to make your dreams come true, the only things I am telling you is, why can’t we just try, for once, to be happy in-the-process. Right. IN-THE-PROCESS.

Every one of us reading this, have our goals in life. Some body wants to become an IAS, some-body wishes to be an MBA, some people might want to get married and some one just wants to get a nice career and healthy relationship. We all are perfect, but in our own ways. The only thing common in us is our hunger for our goals. Let me tell you, 80% amongst us, doesn’t even care to do anything to get what they want and won’t take even a single effort to be a person they wish to be. You are amongst that 20% who is still with me, reading this and wish to change your life in a positive way.

Believe me when I say this, you are better than a lot many people in this world. You are a part of that tiny group who is working hard everyday to make life better, to make your dreams come true and build a perfect life. All I want you to do is, be happy in-the-process.

It took be so long to explain it you, but I wanted to explain the details first about why you need to do this. We all have made up our mind to a particular goal to reach, and are struggling everyday to make it happen. But don’t ever forget that achieving that dream job or luxury car is the intention in your life that could make you happy. Try being happy, while achieving it?

What if you cannot enjoy the most prestigious things in life, you worked so hard for, just because of your health and mental conditions? Try being happy everyday. It’s just a simple thing to do. Life is unpredictable, try to be carefree and joyful, every moment you live? Trust me, it would make things so much better.

Your mental health is important. Your smile is important. Your feelings are important and most of all, you are important. Spread positivity and love yourself every moment of this life. Things would come and go, but your happiness is prestigious. Take care.
